. . . until you realize that nothing in your closet fits comfortably! The holiday season is almost here, when Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s treats are everywhere and ready to go straight to our hips. The last couple of years, I’ve stepped on the bathroom scale on Thanksgiving morning and then again a couple days after New Year's Day to see the total holiday season damage. Luckily, it’s only been a couple of pounds, and I hope to continue that trend this season.
