This is a scene I took in September of the Yahara River. I liked it so much that I made it into one of my credit cards. Driving into work this morning with snow blowing and the lane lines barely visible under the snow, it seemed extra nice to know that warm weather and clear roads will return again. My new best friend is the saintly Kwik Trip truck driver who was, blessedly, making a path for me a good deal of the way up Highway 51. Who would think an oil truck could look so lovely? There’s not a lot of folks out at 5am in the morning. I think snow plow drivers are angels and thank them all for all they do to keep us safe!
