The first radio station I worked at was: WHA AM 970 Madison, also known as Wisconsin Public Radio! It was my first paying radio job and I was a weekend board-op.
Dream car...and first car: Dream car used to be a Mazda Miata convertible. First car was a 1980 Honda Civic silver stick shift hatchback with (gasp!) a tape player!
Favorite season: For years it used to be fall (with the cooler weather and the turning leaves), but as I've gotten older I've preferred summer with the warmer weather and the longer amounts of daylight.
If I could change one thing about myself, I'd: Be able to sing any song perfectly, no matter the range.
Afraid of anything? My fear of heights is especially escalated if I'm forced to climb up a tower or drive over a bridge or on a large upwardly scoping overpass.
Live music session you wish you were in on: Watching: Stevie Wonder's "Sir Duke" or the Barenaked Ladies and Sarah McLachlan with their duet of "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen." Participating: Um, are you kidding?! Nearly any song!
My unfulfilled dream is to: Visit Europe, especially Paris, France.
Grocery shopping is: a lot of fun! I love going through all the aisles and finding new discoveries to try out, or going around getting all the stuff I need for a new recipe.
