Monday Morning Meeting Rules
1. Magic 98 WMGN will be out one Monday a month delivering Monday Morning Meeting goodies, including coffee, pastries and breakfast sandwiches from Panera Bread. Items from Panera Bread subject to change based on availability.
2. People may register to have Magic 98 come to visit them by entering through our website at www.magic98.com, send a fax to 441-0098 or by sending info to “Monday Morning Meeting” PO Box 98 Madison 53701. We’ll need your name, birth date, daytime location/name of business, daytime address and phone, directions and what time you’ll be there.
3. Monday Morning Meeting will be a continual contest and will run through 9/27/10. Registration does not guarantee a visit from Magic 98.
4. One entry per person, regardless of method. No purchase necessary.
5. Magic 98 reserves the right to suspend Monday Morning Meeting deliveries without notice if conditions become unfavorable in any way.
6. Winner agrees to not hold Magic 98, Panera Bread or their affiliated companies responsible for lost, damaged or improperly handled goods. Magic 98, Panera Bread and their affiliated companies cannot be held liable for injuries, illness or the likeness.
