Hillbilly Chili

This recipe is high on protein
and is lean. The biggest plus
is that it's easy to make!

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 can corn (15oz)
1 can whole tomatoes (15oz), vary to taste
1 cup whole wheat pasta elbows or curly
salsa (optional:  sometimes I add salsa, to play with it)
parmesan cheese
seasonings-pepper
garlic salt
chili pepper
salt/pepper
whatever else!

Directions

Cook meat until browned and drain fat.
Cook pasta until noodles are firm but chewy
(approx 1/2 hour).
Combine all of the ingredients.
Season to taste.
Top with parmesan cheese.
