Hillbilly Chili

This recipe is high on protein
and is lean. The biggest plus
is that it's easy to make!

Ingredients
 1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 can corn (15oz)
1 can whole tomatoes (15oz)vary to taste
1 cup whole wheat pasta elbows or curly
salsa (optional—sometimes I add salsa—to play with it)
parmesan cheese
seasonings-pepper
-garlic salt
-chili pepper
-salt/pepper
-whatever else!

Directions

· Cook meat until browned and drain fat.
· Cook pasta until noodles are firm but chewy
(approx ˝ hour).
· Combine all of the ingredients.
· Season to taste.
· Top with parmesan cheese
· Enjoy!!
