Simply Seasoned is not just a clever way to describe furniture that is just a little used, but the name of the new shop in downtown Stoughton where I am now the floral designer. Baskets, vases, metal urns, pitchers, ceramics and glass hold my silk arrangements. All shapes and sizes are created to fit any kind of budget. I’ve got a few terrariums in the works which will be available starting next week. Custom orders are welcome! Kaitlin Strutt is a gifted craftswoman with an unerring eye for style, shape and color. She works with milk, chalk and enamel paints on her own finds and your finds, too if that’s your wish. Though the over all feel is ‘urban farmer’, there is a nice mix of all types of furniture. You’ll also find accent pieces, mirrors, candles, shutters, wagons, buckets, lamps, linens and art. There’s also a tasty section stocked with farmhouse recipes, soups, dips, jams and salsa, too. Come visit sometime at 205 South Division Street, just off Main Street in Stoughton.
