Maxwell is from Madison, and he’s our latest Kid of the Week. He’s 15 months old, and his mom, Cassandra, says, “Maxwell is very outgoing and very independent. He loves walking outside and waving ‘hi’ to cars driving by. He laughs out loud when he gets waves or honks back.”
