I’ve been on a very serious reduce-my-cholesterol diet, and I found this great “meatless ground” that really holds up to make a chili! It’s very healthy, and it cooks up very fast, too. I called it space chili at first (it could be created in outer space—ha ha) but then I imagined eating it with Will Crusher on 10 Forward and the new name I gave it seemed soooo much more fun!
