Crockpot Taco Tater Tot Bake

one pound ground beef or turkey (I used turkey)
one pkg taco seasoning
one 32-oz. bag frozen tater tots
one can cheddar cheese soup (or nacho cheese for a little more spice)
two cups cheese (I used Co-jack, but you can use whatever you’ve got)
Brown and drain meat, add taco seasoning. Mix in with all ingredients in a large bowl, holding back one cup of cheese. Pour all into a greased slow cooker, sprinkle cheese on top and cook on low for four or five hours. It is awesome and so lazy! Try adding a can of Mexicorn to it, and top it with a little sour cream or salsa.
