Lanette’s Lazy Zucchini Bake

Brown a pound of ground turkey, pour in a jar of marinara … spice it up with dried onion, minced garlic and Italian spices. Dump about three small sliced zucchinis in there, then layer it in a pan with parm, mozzarella and some spoonfuls of Ricotta cheese. Bake for 25 or 30 minutes at 375. It’s delicious.
