Meet Lucas: Kid of the Week

This week’s Kid of the Week is Lucas from Elkhorn. He is seven and is going into second grade. He was nominated by his grandma, Wendy. She says, “He was born a farmer! He is always outside helping and building things. Lucas and his brothers are involved in 4H and showed animals at the Walworth County Fair last week.” Wendy also says, “Lucas is very good at fixing things, even people!” His advice includes “calm down,” “do your work,” “do what people ask you do,” and “don’t laugh at people who tell you important stuff.”
