STEP #2: Download “Lace Up & Start” Episode and Print or Download Week #1 Training Plan HERE
STEP #3: Set goal & race date, choose from our list and count 12 weeks back for training start date.
STEP #4:  Push play on Episode #1 “Lace Up & Start”
STEP #5:  After you have completed Week #1, continue with Week #2 and so on, downloading the appropriate episode and training plan.
