Before founding The Village Diaper Bank in 2018, Megan Sollenberger spent 7 years building a successful career at Epic, culminating in her role as Director of Benefits. There, she developed skills and expertise in leadership, strategy, and big picture thinking that would become instrumental in building a strong foundation for her non-profit venture.

Transitioning her passion and acumen to address diaper insecurity, Megan now leads with a clear vision: to make a transformative difference, one diaper at a time. Outside the office, she’s the anchor to a family of three lively boys and a supportive husband in the picturesque Cambridge, WI.
